By purchasing a commission from me, you agree and acknowledge the terms listed below. This TOS may change from time to time.

▼Notes:

▸ Each slot claimed will allow two items/commissions listed to be brought.▸ COMMISSIONS MAY TAKE UP TO 2 MONTHS OR MORE▸ I have the right to refuse the commissionJust ask if y’all got any questions! I won’t do anything that makes me uncomfortable. (─‿‿─)b

▼Process:

▸ Let me know in advance if you do not want your commission to be posted on social mediaⅠ. Fill out the form on the website(Google forms).

Ⅱ. After the form is accepted and approved by me:

▸ I’ll send an invoice IN USD over PayPal to you. Including the listed commission, and price added up to the total cost.▸ I will make an initial sketch or two and wait for your approval to continue (Varies from commission type).▸ You can ask for another pose or make tweaks to the one given
Phases I will check for approval:
Initial Sketch, Flat Color, and Rendering▸ Rendering phase is the final product, you will have one last chance to change it, after that it is finished
After the invoice/payment has been paid, I will work on the commission until I finish.▸ You may ask for W.I.Ps of say commission, but understand the most time I will work on commissions over the weekends.▸ When finishing said commission, I will DM with the finished commission and ask for any last changes(i.g. missing marks, fix colors, general anything that wasn’t included in the initial form.)
When approved I will send you the .png file of the finished commission.

▼Payment:

▸ You can do afull upfront payment OR half and half before I start the commission
As mentioned in the process, I will send over via invoice on PayPal and should be USD. The price varies due to Paypal tax.▸ Don’t argue for a lower price, your commission be will decline
Depending on the complexity of the design the price may range varying amount additional to the base price▸ After the initial sketch is sent to you, you CAN ask for a refund but you will only receive half the payment as a refund.▸ So PLEASE make sure you really want to commission me.

▼ANY CHANGES DURING THE COMMISSION:

▸I will charge depending on how much I need to change: A pose, adding more detail not listed in the initial form, etc.▸ The commission will be on a Digital Artwork AKA a .png file, not Prints or any other physical form▸ In case of a chargeback, you as the commissioner will lose all rights to the Artwork.▸ Once the Artwork is finished you CANNOT ask for a refund.▸ In case of any personal-related problems, you will be received a refund of the amount paid for the said commission, you as the commissioner will be able to use the Artwork currently finished (i.g, sketch, line art, etc)

▼Use of Commission:

▸ By agreeing to commission me, you agree to the following terms using the artwork produced:▸ The usage of the artwork may be included as examples for future commissioners, and for personal projects underlining my skills▸ You as the commissioner have right to the commission, all except for credit of the artwork▸ The commissioner has the right to re-post or re-upload say artwork to any website: youtube thumbnail, DeviantArt, Twitter, etc▸ If the commissioner is to re-post or re-upload the artwork to any website, the commission will need to provide the following:
Artist name: ARiceIsGood▸ The only exceptions to the ‘Use of Commission’ terms above would be the usage of the artwork for icons/profile icon
